This charming stone house is located in Solotisa, one of the Bogomolja coves on the east side of island Hvar. Solotisa is the last cove accessed by local road, and has only 4 houses. Bogomolje is 35 min drive from Jelsa and 15 min drive from Sucuraj which has a very frequent ferry line to mainland Drvenik.
The house was built in 1937 and requires complete renovation. 16 steps lead from the house to a small pebble beach. The size is 48m2 of living space, plus 200m2 outside space and 663m2 garden.
 
The urban development plan for this area allows for another floor to be added, but also a cellar which would mean a possible extension of the object from 48m2 to 144m2.
 
The house has electricity and telephone connections but the Hvar water supply system has not yet reached this part of the island. Since the land plot is relatively large, the owners had planned to build a water tank and septic tank in the garden behind the house.
